Day 5 of the March holidays and I have finished one gunpla at last~ Just recently I had watched the pilot episode of Gundam UC, awed by the quality of this one short episode^^ So decided to complete Destroy mode ASAP! Thus finishing it at top speed!! So to save time, I took the easy-way-out-but-first-time panel washing.. Wasn’t sure what was the mix ratio but went ahead with it^^; But the result was great!! Also did the same treatment as what I did with unicorn mode last time. So please comment on the things I can further improve on!!

Overall this kit requires minimum stickers and painting similar to unicorn mode. Articulation is much or less similar to unicorn mode, but is no better than the MG version^^ Something that bothers me is no beam sabers? So dug out some blue beams, similar to the recent MG unicorn OVA version^^ So pls comment on my work here!!

How do you do the panel washing?
Is it just diluted paint wich you wipe off?
Looks really nice!
I am not much a pro on panel lining so I can comment much on how to do it^^; Here’s a tutorial I followed on: http://kusakusa.wordpress.com/2008/06/16/how-to-do-panel-lining/
great pics you took!
Thanks!!
Nice photography on your kits, I like the poses your did for some of the kits. Will be keeping them for future references.
By the way, thanks for adding me in the blogroll, I have also added your blog to my blogroll.
Keep up the good work
Will keep up the good work!!
Wow both kits looks awesome.. Is it just me or is the panel lines a tinsy bit thick? Good job none the less though.
Actually it because of the camera or the colour black i used i think, if i hold unicorn in hand, the lines dun look any thick to me^^
great pictures, I like this one, and will get this month.
too bad I cannot have 4 beam sabers because only buy the Destroy Mode.
Great, this serie is the best. It is cool to the bone.
very nice poses! did you ever figure out the ratio for pannel line washes? and what kind of backdrop do you use for your shoots?
Thx^^ Gut feeling for the paint ratio, using more thinner to the paint until it’s watery:) As for the backdrop it’s a huge piece of black paper.
